model history

NOW THERE’S 4 OF US WITH HAIR BLOWN BY THE WIND

With the development of Manxter 2+2, Bruce Meyers was looking for an updated version of the myth. The sensations and style of the CLASSIC MANX … but shared by 4! What he got was so much more than that. Bruce created the true “bugguista” spirit.

As creator of the original fiberglass Dune Buggy kit, Meyers Manx has a long history of excellence in both on and off-road performance. The Manxter was Bruce Meyers 2+2 update of the race winning Meyers Manx, the most popular kit-car in history. At 14.5 inches longer than the classic buggy, the Manxter offers seating for four.

our car

Something unique in our collection! A 1973 Meyers Manxter 2+2. In 2018, a simular car was auctioned by Sotheby’s and it is now on display in Tokyo. Our Manxter is almost identically constructed with an eye for classic detail. The original 1973 Dutch delivered buggy that has been completely restored and rebuilt. With a unique chassis and an amazing engine. We are very proud that we have this one-of-a-kind in our collection.
